This is a magnificent vintage Navajo turquoise silver squash blossom necklace. This phenomenal necklace contains 10 outstanding naja pendant squashes that each measure around 1-1/4" X 1-1/4". Located at the bottom of the necklace is a fascinating larger silver naja pendant that measures a whopping 2-1/2" X 2-1/2". The hand pounded najas are absolutely beautiful and so amazing. Located in the center of each naja pendant is a stunning turquoise stone that appears to be from either the Number 8 turquoise mine and Morenci turquoise. Resting throughout the entire necklace are fasinating large handmade round silver beads that each measure around 3/8" in diameter with a tradtional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 34". Sturdy 214 grams.
