This is the heaviest and most impressive vintage Navajo gold plated sterling silver bracelet we have ever seen, and we don't say that lightly. This incredible work of art weighs a mind blowing 436 grams which is unheard of. This phenomenal bracelet contains one of the largest chunky Royston turquoise stone that we have collected in years. The size of this stone is absolutely gigantic measuring a whopping 3-3/4" X 2-3/4". Surrounding the stone are impressive silver gold plated works that consist of shells, stems, ropes, channel works, and a fluted fan pattern. Running down both ends of the bracelet are marvelous large sun bursting stamped silver flanks. This bracelet contains a very thick and sturdy rounded triple silver shank cuff that graduates in width towards the center. The height at the center of the bracelet measures around 4-1/2" while the width at the center of the triple silver shank cuff measures around 3-3/4". This bracelet is absolutely mind blowing and so remarkable. Signed by Navajo artist, D. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. 1970's+. The inside end to end measures around 6-1/4" with an additional 1-1/2" gap. Sturdy 436 grams.
