This is an incredible vintage Navajo very old large silver concho belt. This concho belt is very thick and sturdy and consists of 11 fascinating very large and thick silver conchos. 6 of the conchos are beautiful butterfly shaped conchos and the other 5 are remarkable large oval shaped conchos. The larger conchos each measure around 3-3/8" X 3-1/4" and each of the butterfly shaped silver conchos measure around 3" X 1-1/2". The silver works located on each concho consist of outstanding sun stampings, dotted works, slanted teepee patterns and amazing center repoussed shells. This phenomenal concho belt consists of a large rectangular shaped silver buckle that measures a whopping 3-1/2" X 3-1/4". The silver works located on the buckle consist of more incredible sun stampings, plant patterns, dotted works and accenting slanted teepee patterns. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century .
