This is a tremendous vintage Navajo turquoise and silver squash blossom necklace being one of the heaviest squash blossoms we have collected this year. This piece is so incredibly heavy with solid sterling silver, weighing a whopping 404 grams, WOW! This necklace consists of 18 phenomenal rounded old Carico Lake turquoise stones that each measure around 3/8" in diameter. Surrounding each of the stones are beautiful hand carved silver leaves, thick stems and large raindrops. The remarkable thick and heavy silver naja pendant measures around 3-1/4" X 3-1/4". Resting throughout the entire necklace are wonderufl round silver beads with a traditional silver clasp. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . The length of the necklace measures around 32".
